Instructions
- Spread mayonnaise on one side of each slice of toast.
- On the first slice, layer half the turkey, a lettuce leaf, and two tomato slices. Season with salt and pepper.
- Top with a second slice of toast (mayo side down, then spread mayo on the top side too).
- Layer the bacon, remaining lettuce, and remaining turkey on top of that slice.
- Cap with the final slice of toast, mayo side down.
- Secure with toothpicks, slice diagonally into quarters, and serve.

Toast the bread right before assembling - it keeps the layers from turning soggy once the tomato juices start to run.
