Instructions

  1. In a jar or container with a lid, combine the oats, milk, yogurt, peanut butter, honey, cinnamon, and salt.
  2. Stir well until the peanut butter is mostly incorporated.
  3. Fold in the sliced banana.
  4. Cover and refrigerate overnight, or at least 4 hours.
  5. In the morning, stir well, top with extra banana slices and a drizzle of peanut butter, and eat cold or warmed.
Kitchen tip

Use a very ripe, spotty banana - it mashes into the oats and adds natural sweetness so you can go lighter on the honey.
