Overnight Peanut Butter Banana Oats
A make-ahead breakfast jar that turns creamy and thick overnight - just grab it from the fridge and go on busy mornings.
★★★★½ 4.7 out of 5
Instructions
- In a jar or container with a lid, combine the oats, milk, yogurt, peanut butter, honey, cinnamon, and salt.
- Stir well until the peanut butter is mostly incorporated.
- Fold in the sliced banana.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight, or at least 4 hours.
- In the morning, stir well, top with extra banana slices and a drizzle of peanut butter, and eat cold or warmed.
Kitchen tip
Use a very ripe, spotty banana - it mashes into the oats and adds natural sweetness so you can go lighter on the honey.
